1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Suella, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. Suella reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

2. Description of Service

Suella is a marketplace platform that connects customers with spa and wellness service providers. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment for spa services. Suella acts as an intermediary and is not the provider of spa services.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking, you enter into a service agreement with the spa provider. All prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through iyzico with 3D Secure authentication as required by Turkish regulations.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by spa provider. Generally:

  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the appointment
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a fee of up to 50%
  • No-shows are charged in full
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

6. Vouchers and Promotions

Voucher codes are subject to their specific terms including validity period, minimum order amount, and usage limits. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Suella reserves the right to void vouchers obtained fraudulently.

7. Reviews and Content

Users may leave reviews for services they have used. Reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to moderate and remove reviews that violate our guidelines, contain offensive content, or are fraudulent.

8. Spa Provider Responsibilities

Spa providers listed on Suella are independent businesses. They are responsible for the quality of their services, maintaining proper licenses, hygiene standards, and insurance. Suella is not liable for the actions or services of spa providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Suella is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid through the platform in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
